yeah, well, us humanists [often called atheists] use different terminology sometimes... :-) I could have just called it a Winter Solstice Tree, I guess... :-)
In my callow youth I was an atheist but I've since recovered. That said it,s hard to work up much enthusiasm for crass-mess as it's celebrated here in the states. Anyway merry cycling to you and yours.
Oh well, why not Yule tree - or (h)jultræ - considering it's on a bike? After all, Yule was around long before the Christian authorities decided to graft Jesus' unknown (likely springtime) birthday onto this euro-pagan solstice celebration...
