Thanks to Robert for sending this link to the classic The Smiths' song, 'Stop Me If You Think You've Heard This One Before'. Bicycles, bicycles, bicycles. The ease and joy of riding a bicycle doesn't really match Morrissey's melancholy personality, but hey. Cool song. Cool video.
7 thinking out louds:
This video is actually an homage to one of Morrissey's favorite movies, _Saturday Night and Sunday Morning_, which stars a very young Albert Finney (note his name over a storefont at the end of the video) as a guy who works in the Raleigh factory in Nottingham. Must-see film for bike geeks. Not that there are any of those around here.
Great video, brings back some memories (I was a big Smiths/Morrissey fan back in the day and this was a favourite vid).
Thanks Brian for the movie suggestion, I never picked that up (guess I wasn't a big enough fan) ;- )
Cheers!

I ordered the "Saturday Night and Sunday Morning" DVD for only $5USD right after reading this and seeing a YouTube (http://tinyurl.com/9wm6q9) video of it. It looks fantastic, can't wait!

Thanks, y'all. I should say that there are only a few bike-related scenes in the film, but they're good ones. And actually, I think Morrissey's persona fits the bike very well: independent, cheeky, and life-saving to certain varieties of teenagers.
