Several years ago I was at an event with Mike Burrows when someone asked him the best thing to tie a bike to stop it being stolen. Mike's response: "a fucking big dog"
Perhaps the owner of this dog was in the audience (though there's a problem with scale...)

A very annoying habit of dog owners! I don’t like it at all when I stop at a bike rack only to find it already occupied by a dog.
It is all good as long as it does not piss on my bike. I hate that!
