The streetcar tracks sure make it Toronto. The trailer I linked was shot on Croft St. (fixies), under the Polish Combatants' hall (cruisers), and in the cage just west of Spadina circle (polo). The guy who filmed these trailers was riding the tall bike in the original post's video - the same one from "Where Are You Go".
