Bike Facilities and Infrastructure Important in UK

Cycle Chic Morning
According to an article in the London Evening Standard, estate agents are reporting that potential tenants and homebuyers are asking about local bicycle facilities such as parking and bicycle infrastructure.

Not a bad development.

In Toronto they want to build a 42-story 'car-free' condo that has nine car share spots and 315 bicycle parking spots.

"Parking spots typically add $20,000 or more to the cost of a downtown condo"
-What a waste of money for someone who doesn't own a car.
