A Copenhagener takes a minute or so out of her Friday night to stop and check out a bicycle counter.
It's quite remarkable how many people stop and check it out.

I love these counters, and I really really want some in Melbourne, if nothing else because I believe having them around would increase the bicycle traffic on their routes - if I knew that one route would be a 'nothing' route, and the other would involve me being counted, I'd be counted!
