@Miguel Barroso; Yes that's the billboard I got the (slightly altered) text from, but I saw it on failblog.org after a reader forwarded it to me.

I wasn't claiming any originality, just loved the sentiment behind the message and cleaned it up a bit.

So cyclists are NOT traffic?? That's sending out the wrong message in my opinion.
