Florida Bicycle Lanes


Say what?! Painted bicycle lanes in Florida! We like.

Forgive me, but I don't see all the great things that are evident from green bike lanes other than the colour to distinguish it from the regular road surface. Instead of making a big deal out of the "professionals" that are required to paint the roadway they could spend more money instead on actual bike infrastructure.

It seems a little pointless to waste all the paint on coloring the lane when they could invest that money on extending the bike infrastructure.
